Highlights of our Maintenance And service operations
Aqube has well trained and experienced Engineers & Technical workmen whose target is to achieve zero breaks down. The elevators are assigned to Technicians through route wise planning, supervised by Team Leaders & Customer Service Manager.
This team will effectively take care of routine Examination, preventive maintenance, and Breakdown maintenance. They will attend callbacks within a very short period. All our Branch offices and service centers are equipped with the optimum level of spares required. There are regular training conducted for the Technicians, Team Leaders, and Engineers on Safety & skills up-gradation. The centralized monitoring system at the office and will analyze the history of callbacks from each elevator and provide suitable suggestions and corrective measures to our Customers. In addition to regular and surprise maintenance audits, there will be an Annual Equipment Survey (AES) for each elevator to check Safety and performance standards. All these professional After Sales Services are available to our customers at the most competitive Annual Maintenance charges.
